Our Golden Lager is a beefed-up Helles, with a higher gravity and more balance between malts and hops. A seemingly basic beer that is greater than the sum of its parts.

CHOCOLATE CHESTNUT BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT (Copy) 5.5 OZ 4.5010 OZ 8.00

Imperial stout aged over a year in a bourbon barrel. It was then conditioned on roasted chestnuts and cacao nibs, creating a totally unique beer.

We took a traditional approach in brewing this Kölsch-style ale - German malt and German hops. Fermented with German yeast and lagered cold for six weeks. The result is a clean, crisp, very drinkable beer. 5.83% ABV

An American IPA brewed with a special hop blend from Loftus Ranches and Yakima Chief Hops. A portion of the proceeds from this beer go to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. 7.2% ABV
