Brewed for our favorite Irishman, this highly drinkable dark beer is smooth with notes of coffee and chocolate. 4.6% ABV

ASSERTIVELY BITTER COLD IPA 5.5 OZ 3.508 OZ 5.0016 OZ 8.00

A light malt base fermented cold for a flavor that emphasizes the bitterness, flavor and aroma of classic hops - Cascade, Centennial, El Dorado, and Simcoe. 6.1% ABV

BLACKBERRY HEFE 5.5 OZ 3.508 OZ 5.0016 OZ 8.00

We added blackberries to our traditional German Hefeweizen. Fruity and delicious. 5.5% ABV

GOING BACK TO KÖLN KÖLSCH 5.5oz 3.008oz 5.0016oz 7.00

We took a traditional approach in brewing this Kölsch-style ale - German malt and German hops. Fermented with German yeast and lagered cold for six weeks. The result is a clean, crisp, very drinkable beer. 5.4% ABV

A hazy IPA double dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and El Dorado.

IPA FOR ALS 5.5oz 3.008oz 5.0016oz 7.00

An American IPA brewed with a special hop blend from Loftus Ranches and Yakima Chief Hops. A portion of the proceeds from this beer go to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. 7.2% ABV

IRISH RED ALE 5.5oz 3.08oz 5.016oz 7.0

Brewed for St. Patrick's Day, our Irish Red is malty with a little roasted flavor from the barley. With little hop bitterness, this is a beer for the masses. 5.3% ABV

ITALIAN PILSNER 5.5oz 3.008oz 5.0016oz 7.00

Pilsner-style beer dry hopped with Mittelfruh, Saphir, and Spalt Hops. Pleasantly bitter with a crisp finish. 5.8% ABV

Sweet tropical fruit with a tart finish.
