Imperial stout aged over a year in a bourbon barrel. It was then conditioned on roasted chestnuts and cacao nibs, creating a totally unique beer.

GOING BACK TO KÖLN KÖLSCH 5.5oz 3.008oz 5.0016oz 7.00

We took a traditional approach in brewing this Kölsch-style ale - German malt and German hops. Fermented with German yeast and lagered cold for six weeks. The result is a clean, crisp, very drinkable beer. 5.83% ABV

An American IPA brewed with a special hop blend from Loftus Ranches and Yakima Chief Hops. A portion of the proceeds from this beer go to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. 7.2% ABV

Pilsner-style beer dry hopped with Mittelfruh, Saphir, and Spalt Hops. Pleasantly bitter with a crisp finish. 5.65% ABV
